It becomes the corner store of the future par excellence by providing locals with everything from fresh milk and artisan bread to complete gourmet meals. Altus Planning are working with the Town of Cottesloe to help sort out zoning and scheme requirements which are more reflective of a time when a corner ‘shop’ sold stale pies and cigarettes.
