In a special event hosted by Exclusive Residence & Hub Residential on 25 June 2019, Joe was invited to speak to interested City of Nedlands residents about some of the density changes that have resulted with the gazettal of the City's new Local Planning Scheme No. 3 on 16 April 2019. Joe’s first planning position was with Nedlands 27 years ago and he was working on the elusive new scheme then! Some important changes have occurred in LPS3, particularly along Stirling Highway.
